As a hotel in Belgium, we have the legal obligation to send the country of residence of our departed guests to the national statistic department.
So far, the guest check-in process can be completed without having filled the field provided for that purpose in the contact information tab of the guest profile card.
We request to have the possibility to make this field as mandatory field in the settings. Meaning that a reservation cannot be checked-in without having selected a country.
