I would like to request a small change. Right now when guests are checking in and have to provide us with their creditcard details the terminal screen says 'SWIPE CARD'. Could we change that into 'INSERT CARD' please? This goes for all of the Conscious Hotels.

The verbiage has since been changed to "USE CARD READER" to reflect that the guest might insert, tap, or swipe depending on the scenario and prompts from the processor.
