Reporting - ADR on Hotel Collect reservations

The current 'Company/Travel Agent Top producers' shows an ADR which is defined as "Room revenue/total number of occupied rooms". This ADR is thus based on the GROSS Room Revenue (including the commissions).
It would be interesting to see a NET ADR, based on the NET Room Revenue (Gross Room Revenue - the commissions).

Today there is not a way for the hotels to see what the true ADR is before the commissions and LI fees are applied on the GDS/OTA bookings. A report that provides the Gross ADR (rate) would benefit to keep track of commissions and to be able to better understand how the hotels ADR is impacted by these GDS/OTA reservations. We have heard that StayNTouch is working on a new reporting tool and hope that this is one of the considerations made to assist the operations and accounting teams.
