Would love the capability to add a action to a room that is not occupied and needs attention.
In addition to Common Areas for assigning tasks via the Action Manager module, Waikiki Malia would also like to be able to assign tasks to Vacant Rooms. Again, the current functionality only supports Rooms where Guests that are checked into that room. I believe the workaround would be to set the room as OOS, but that does not show up under Action Manager.
Waikiki Malia would like the option to utilize the Action Manager module to assign tasks to Public Area at the property i.e. pool, hallways, lobby. The current functionality with the Action Manager will only allow you to assign a task to a room number where a guest is currently checked into the system.

I would like to have a public area room so we can logg the maintenance for theas areas. Now we have to use one of the hotelrooms:(
