What is being asked is a 'Return Status' after OOO. Normally, when a room is set to OOO, the user should have the option of setting a Return Status so once the OOO is automatically removed, the room status changes to what has been set. This is important because it is not always the HK staff who work on maintenance issues. It could be the engineering dept, carpenter etc who could have been in the room to fix the issue. And typically once the work is done, they would not clean the room. So, in such a scenario the room status should change to Dirty so that HK can clean the room. However, in the current functionality, if the room status was INSPECTED before it went on OOO, then it would come back as INSPECTED. But in reality, the room would not be INSPECTED because engineering would have messed it up
