DEPOSIT / BALANCE

Hello,

It is important to me to ensure all pre-paid reservations have the deposit take the morning of arrival to avoid the guest card being authorized for R/T at the time of check-in, or even charged at the time of check-out... but due to the rate being suppressed it has a $0 balance... whether or not there is a deposit!

Then I have to open each reservation and go to the deposit screen.  I would love to print our arrivals report and verify all deposits have been taken without opening any reservations.
