Guest Balance on departurelist
Hi Hanna,
We have kept this screen purposely simple so it can also be responsive on smaller screens such as smartphones.
Our departure report currently shows the balance at the end of the screen and it has a click through option through to the stay card - would this help you as a workaround?

I also think this would be a fantastic help!
..but I also understand your explanation why it's not there..
What about changing the color of the guest roomnumer or name, in to red, if balance is not 0:- on departurday?
It would save a lot of time to let the guests just leave the card without waiting for Rover to open the staycard to see if everything is done.
And also for us preparing checkout when we don't need to open every guest to see if something is unpayed or posted..

That would be great. The guests are often in a hurry go check out, and to not want to wait for us to open the booking an check if there is a balance.
