Allotment Forecast figures in PMI Export

Atleast when allotment is picked up it should be sent to PMI...

Creating this Feature Request on behalf of First Hotel G based on CICO-53838. With current functionality, Allotment forecast is not sent to PMI, only Individual and Groups are sent. Therefore PMI does not get the true forecast from Rover.
