User Activity Log for HK Room Status Change

Creating this feature request on behalf of Hewing Hotel based on developer notes in CICO-54513. See below:

The user recording was not a requirement in the original story CICO-25569 DONE . So this can be a feature request. This will be a easy feature since the update room status service already supports "user" param.

Hi Umesh,

Could you please elaborate what is required since I can't open the ticket for some reason? We already have a change log for this activity, but only on each room itself.
