Add the ability to restrict postings to individual charge codes based on employee permissions. Maybe add a restriction toggle in the actual charge code setup area and have a permission option added that would override that and allow the employee selected to post.

Kapstone would also like to see this enhancement, particularly around the ability to post a negative amount to certain charge codes by user.
