Ability to restrict posting to charge codes

Kapstone would also like to see this enhancement, particularly around the ability to post a negative amount to certain charge codes by user.
Regency Hotels would like permissions surrounding charge codes.

Add the ability to restrict postings to individual charge codes based on employee permissions. Maybe add a restriction toggle in the actual charge code setup area and have a permission option added that would override that and allow the employee selected to post.
