We frequently put rooms OOS for our engineering team to do maintenance in. We have found on several occasions that guests were able to check into these rooms via the mobile app and have entered the room while the engineer was inside. I'm requesting that check-in not be allowed for rooms Out of Service since they are just that... out of service until further notice. OOO is not appropriate for this work since the rooms will be returned same day and we do not want to lose the inventory by placing them OOO.
