StayNTouch Support and Engineering are investigating a short outage starting approximately 11:00am EDT. More information will be posted here as we continue to make progress. Our development team is working on it as we speak to address this issue at the soonest.

Our platform was not available for about 35 minutes between 11AM and 11:45AM EST.
This morning we did a scheduled maintenance at 10AM to move to the secure TLS 1.2, a new security protocol required for PCI compliance.
Shortly after our switch Rackspace, our cloud provider, reported a connection issue, causing the system not to be accessible by users. It was later found that one of the Rackspace configuration files was corrupted, once our engineering team updated the connection configuration file the system became available again.
         
We have engaged with Rackspace on how this issue can be mitigated in the future, and ensure it will not happen again.
         
We will continue to consistently improve our platform to ensure you have access to our services without interruption 24/7/365.
