Hello Sage,
The above is possible today minus the export capability. However it is possible to schedule the Arrival and departure reports for a specific time / day so it is being generated to an email recipients. The reports hold pretty much the fields you describe above.

I was hoping we could get a report or reports that we can run and export that would list a couple things:
Arrivals for the day, with guest name, contact info, room type and number, rate/rate type, and actions or notes, as well as balances on their account.
Departures for the day, with guest name, contact info, room type and number, rate/rate type, actions or notes, balance,
The reason for this is that we don't really have mobile capabilities so as our staff is going around cleaning and preparing rooms they have to carry around a laptop or manually write down all the info we need. We would like to be able to schedule a report and print it first thing every morning so we are prepared for the day.
