Online Check in and Upgrade

Dear partners,


we would like to ask you if the guests receive an email confirmation if they check in and upgrade online?

We have experienced that guests have upgraded their rooms online and later regret it, but they never received an email confirming their cancellation of upgrade. If there is no confirmation we do not have a proof of upgrade and do not get the payment.


I hope this feature can added if it does not exist yet.

Otherwise we need to consider removing online upgrade.
