We need an occupancy report that shows all rooms sold in one day. And properly takes into account OOO rooms, which would appropriately reduce a hotel's total availability if there are OOO rooms. For example, if I have 50 rooms and 1 room is OOO the BoB report should show the hotel at 100% OCC when 49 rooms are sold.
Second example, if a room checks out early (before our 2am audit) it does not currently show in the business on the books report as a room sold for that day. We need a report that shows all rooms sold (all room charges) that occur on one single business day. If this shows more than our total available rooms, we need it to display that. (i.e. if we sold 50 rooms being at 100% OCC but a guest wants to check out at 1:50am, I still need my BoB report to show all 50 rooms sold. However, currently the way the system is set up it will only show that 49 rooms are sold for the day and ADR will be incorrectly inflated. )
