Repeat Guest Indicator

The group of hotels we work with really depend on knowing our guests.  What we need to have from StayNTouch is a better way to identify repeat guests scheduled for Arrival.  We know that the Stay Card has the past and future stays, but there is not a streamlined way to KNOW that you are with a repeat guest from the Arrival screen OR the Arrivals Report which the hotels use to identify special treatment for repeat guests.  The process being used today, is strictly manual and would appreciate a bit of help from the SNT development team to more easily identify those returning guests.

Thanks for your feedback on our forum. We have implemented this feature in our last release - the repeat guest indicator shows you number of past stays on stay card, search lists, arrival, departure, inhouse reports and within the Housekeeping room display.
