Reinstate No Show

When a guest with a one night reservation comes after the end of the day is made, there is no option to reinstate this reservation.
But if a guest with more than one night go as a no-show, there is an option to reinstate that reservation.
Please make it possible for us to reinstate the one night reservations as well.
Because, as for now, there is only the option to create a whole new reservation if the guest with the one night reservation arrive after the end of day is made.

Well we can now reinstate one night reservations, but we are not able to check them in and the night they should pay does not post in their invoice. What do we do with them?

I echo Loa, we have been having this issue come up frequently as well as we have quite a few reservations each weekend that show up past EOD.

Why cant reinstate  a no-show? its a way to do that?

Hello Claudia - there is the ability to reinstate a No Show booking that is more than 1 night as it will now start on the current date.  However if a reservation is only for 1 night there is not an ability to reinstate it.
