User handling

If a guest uses his email address on any SNT mobile device, he became a 'user' in the system. His email address cannot be used for as an active system user (=employee). Probably, we store in the same table the employee's and guest's email address. Would be great to separate the 'two' type of user.

Similarly, when an email adress is used in the setup of an Admin user for a Revenue Management System, then it appears that this e-mail address can never ever be used again. 

All subsequent implementations of this RMS system need to use a different e-mail address, which is surprising as one would have hoped that each implementation has a unique 'set' of associated addresses.

Is there any update on this please?
