This happens when you are timed out of the system due to inactivity. I have found that when this happens, Rover does not prompt you to log-in again to continue working. Instead, when you try to run a report nothing happens. No report is executed and no prompt to log-in again.
The system should be set so that any time a user is timed out, it automatically brings up the log-in screen so that they know that is what happened. The only way I was able to figure this out was by noticing the "spin time" on the wheel when running a report was much shorter than usual. Then when I tried to navigate to a different section, like the Dashboard, it would finally prompt me to log-in again.
