We are planning to add this over the next few releases - early 2020.

Hello Product Management Team,
We are looking to make sure that adjustments cannot be done without a reason being entered. At this point in time, any person can make an adjustment and not enter a reason. We would like a reason to be mandatory. This is a request, but an urgent request. Thank you for your help.
