Lost revenue to cancellation report

Can you add lost revenue to the cancellation reports. Making it easier to quantify lost daily revenue.

In Relation to the New CoronaVirus Alert all over the World. Reporting the Potential Revenue Lost on a separate column on the Cancellations & No Show by Date Range Report will be so Helpfull !!

Hello All,


We have started working on an export similar to the Cancellation and NoShow report that will give you more insight on lost revenue numbers as well as totals, all in csv format.


In the meantime, our custom export tool might offer you some of the information you are looking for. Using the Reservation data space, you can pick the fields you need from reservation data in Rover, including No of nights and ADR. The export can be generated in csv format which allows further editing in Excel, Numbers, Sheets etc. Using the No of nights and the ADR, lost room revenue can be calculated from there.


It also offers filter for reservation status (CANCELLED) and arrival or cancellation date.


This is by no means a perfect solution but may give you some more information than the Cancellation report currently available until above mentioned export development is complete.


I will upload a document for the Custom Export solution to this thread.

Cancellations by Arrival Date

Cancellations by Cancellation Date


Exports include Roomnights, Predicted Room Revenue & Predicted Total Revenue including Totals for those numbers for the specified time period.
