Proforma for long stays

I have a ten month reservation confirmed who wants to pay in full in advance:

How do I send a decent pro-forma Invoice showing the total amount?

As this is not possible with the proforma in hand within Rover I have to create one manually.

Can we have 2 different styles of Proforma's in the system one which is detailed (already in Rover) and one which is summarising the entire stay.
