STATUS: Investigating Merchant Link Delays/Timeouts [RESOLVED]

STATUS: Resolved

Dear Customers,

Merchant Link has responded with a solution to the error, and the issue has been resolved now. However, if you continue to experience any intermittent issues while performing checkouts in Rover PMS, you may choose to settle the bill or checkout the guest with a balance

Note: 

  • Checking out a guest with a balance is a permission driven action that most Rover Admin-Users will be able to perform.
  • You will only need to checkout a guest with a balance if it's necessary to prepare the room for an incoming guest.
