A couple of days ago when checking the housekeeping list we found out that a guest who has changed rooms will keep their housekeeping status. Example: A guest had changed yesterday from room #605 to #414. Today is their third day, thus a linen change day. However it was only their first night in this room, thus no linen change is necessary. But on the list is shows as if they need to have their linen changed.
I understood from your colleague that the housekeeping list is always linked to the reservation and not to a room number or change in rooms. This however means for us, that we need to check this list every morning for mistakes. It would be really helpfull if this could be amended.
