The Lafayette Hotel would like to see the Cancellation and No Show Reports be easier to distinguish/recognize which reservations are Cancelled or No Show on the report. Currently, right now it is just displaying a grey box which doesn't separate cancelled or no show. The Property will have to schedule 2 different reports - one for cancellation and one for no shows in order to separate and identify both.
