Groups - Auto room assignment

When working in groups you have the possibility to use the Room auto assign function. When using this we would like to have the possibility to choose from which floor, room types or features of a room before having the system auto assign rooms.

For example: Have only rooms being assigned on the first floor and only with balcony as a feature

Yes, this is a must have. The auto assign algorithm also needs to be smarter. Most groups want to be on the same floor, and especially if they require porterage it is important to have them on as few different floors as possible. In opera we could choose to assign non-ready rooms, due out rooms etc. Even when there are several free rooms of the same type on one floor the auto assign is a bit of hit and miss.
