Thank you so much for using our forum and submitting your ideas. We will look into your request and see what can be done for the future.
For a short term work around, we can print the notes on the arrival report (see below), and print it for several days in the future, but of course the option would probably fit better on the 'Reservation by User report' for your purpose. Still hoping that this makes it somewhat easier than having to open each reservation.

Gale Miami would like to have a specific report solely on notes so they can print out only notes in a consolidated format as opposed to having it included in an arrivals, in-house, or departure report.

We would love it if were possible for us to be able to create a report that generates the notes entered in a reservation. This will be very helpful for front desk when there are special guest request. I understand actions can be used in the same way however third party booking sites will leave information in notes and it is very time consuming to go through all the arrivals individually. Having a report will save us a lot of time.
