Cancellation policy on stayntouch

When a front desk agent is trying to check in somebody, They should clearly be able to see the cancellation policy and deposit policies. Can we get this visible on all stay cards?

any update? we put all cancellation policies on rate codes....but they don't show anywhere for our teams to action them when a guest calls in.

This is a pretty basic requirement of any Property Management System and should've been built in from day one.

Hotel 1620 Plymouth Harbor is requesting for the same, currently, there is not a way to see cancellation policy easily in the staycard. It involves a few steps to see the cancellation policy - which is either generate a confirmation letter or click on update rate, search the rate and expand the chevron arrow to see the rate details will help the front desk team easily answer queries from the guests.
