Hello! Great news - Stayntouch introduced a new add-on product called Upsell Pro this year which will allow you more options for upselling. Upsell Pro features:
● Automated dynamic pricing and attribute-based selling for advanced upselling
● Offers room attributes in addition to services
● Optimizes pricing for higher conversions with dynamic rates
● Flexibility to configure attributes and features by room number and type
● Automatically generates dynamic offers based on internal algorithms
● Provides a comprehensive Performance dashboard to track top-performing attributes, upsells, and
offers

I really think there is opportunity here to make this more user friendly for our desk and reservations agents.
More Upsell levels (10?)Upsell indications easily found on staycard for desk agents – right now just the rate they booked at shows – no way to see upsell $$$ unless you go to activitiesUpsell information on billing so we can share total costs with guests – even with the current add-ons (breakfast) & upsells this doesn’t show on the pro-forma
