Stay dates & rate change when working with long stay reservations

Have the possibility to select a from and to date at the beginning of entering a reservation and there change the rate.
So enter a reservation in for example 1st till 30th of a month > go to Stay dates > Select the 29th date change the rate and have the system come with a pop up or question 'Would you like to change future dates to this rate?'
This would make it easier and quicker for the user to change rates without having to go through each day and clicking the new rate - baring in mind of our market which is long stay reservations of sometimes half a year.
