Housekeeping management bugs

This feature just doesn't work well on iPad.  I Implore someone on your team to just try it.  Try assigning rooms, then moving the assignments to another person.  Moving it left is fine, but moving it right is essentially impossible if you have a big team.

Then, the auto assign feature seems to rewrite the default.  After you auto assign tasks, you can't reset it completely.  It 'resets' to what the 'auto assign' set it to.

Combine the two, and it was a nightmare.
