IDENTIFIED: The issue has been identified as database related and not a code problem. Our engineers and database analysts are still working to provide a quick resolution.
[Resolved] Services have been restored. We will be continuing to QA the code release and monitor for any other issues.
At approximately 3:00a.m. EST, it was reported that reservations were not downloading to Rover PMS from external systems (OTA's). We are investigating the issue with the highest priority, and we will update this forum as soon as we resolve the issue.
