Room number sort order on room diary

Rover does numerical order in the Room Diary. For Lamington & Room 2 this doesn’t work since the room numbers are set up with Flat nr./Building nr.

Now to be able to have the Room Diary in the correct order, to have a clear overview, we have now added 100 numbers in front of the room number, example: 100 1/119 
The 100 is so that the room diary shows the room in the desired order. So then after comes 101, 102, 103 and so on.
The 1 is the Flat number.
The 119 is the Building number.
So the wish would be: To have the possibility to adjust the room order in the settings of the rooms

I first put numbers in front which confused the front desk team, then switched it to letters. It's an acceptable workaround but not the best solution.

I think the development team should continue to work on the ability to sort the rooms in whatever order the hotel prefers. I have worked with other PMSs and they have the ability to sort the room types.

Hotel Vandivort (a Sage Hospitality property) would also like to see the ability to set sort order of rooms to a custom hotel defined order instead of numeric order (similar to how you can order room types). They have two buildings and do not wish to add a prefix to the room number that defines the building.

Villa Santa Cruz would also like to see the ability to set sort order of rooms to a custom hotel defined order instead of numeric order (similar to how you can order room types). Their rooms do not have numbers, just alpha names.
