Ability to change Cancellation Email at time of cancel

As a feature request there should be an option to make changes "On the Fly" to Cancellation letters.  The ability to add additional text per reservation to a Canceled Reservation would offer properties the ability to add further detail about Cancel polices and other ways to recover the guest as a customer.
