In reservation settings we have set to require CC Authorization for the entire stay. It is my understanding that the "room is ready" notification will not send unless we set that to no authorization and the guest reservation would automatically go into stay over on the dashboard. It would be great to keep the settings as is and have the rooms go to the mobile check in box and when the desk team physically checks the guest in it would then send the room is ready notification. Maybe even a button within the reservation that works like the confirmation letter but is for "send room is ready notice"
