From 1:00 AM EDT on Monday, October 16, 2017 to 3:30 AM EDT on Monday, October 16, 2017 the backend services to process credit cards through Rover were down. The issue was traced to a locked database row and resolved by the StayNTouch engineering team as soon as it was diagnosed.
