Add setting in Stationery to turn off the default for confirmation emails being selected

Currently if clients have a third party system (like Digital Alchemy) that sends out confirmation emails there is a chance that reservationists on property will accidentally send a duplicate confirmation email during the reservation process.
To reduce the chances that the user accidentally sends out the confirmation email from Rover we should add in an option to change the default to have the "GUEST EMAIL ADDRESS" check box inactive when completing the reservation process. We should put that option to turn this off in Settings>Hotel & Staff>Stationery.
