STATUS: Issue with CRS Credit Card Integration [RESOLVED]

Dear Customer,

From last night, Oct. 5 at 11PM EDT until 3:30PM EDT today, Oct. 6, any reservations that were integrating from a CRS (Synxis, Windsurfer, TravelTripper, Vertical Booking, iHotelier, Siteminder) did not have Credit Card data attached and would have processed as a default payment type.

The issue is now resolved, however it will be necessary to manually update credit card information for reservations integrated during that time.
