Alert or pop up "Are you sure you want to post cash?"
Agreed, this has come up a few times at Pod DC as well.
As the Assistant Guest Relations Manager at OWCH I think this would be crucial for our team!
This would be very helpful or possibly a completely separate button for cash as opposed to credit card payment. The default method of going to cash can create messy circumstances during high volume periods. We know this is behavioral and is part of training but cash is almost never taken as payment in hotels these days and does require special oversight.

If you can consider adding this feature or allow limitations as to who can and cannot post cash that would be helpful. We currently have issues where our offsite reservations team are settling cash as a deposit on some reservations throwing off out hotel cash settlements and cash reports. Thank you.

UI request for 2 clients, 8 properties.
Right now it is easy for some to accidentally post cash. An alert or pop up asking "Are you sure you want to post cash?" would be helpful for the front desk and the hotel's accounting teams.
