When using the StayNTouch online/mobile check-out feature, guests are currently required to enter their room number. Since the guest is clicking on the link in an email address, it should be possible to pre-select the correct reservation, i.e. embedding the reservation number in the link.
This would make the check-out experience much more streamlined and improve the guest experience.
