This would resolve a number of guest experience challenges during checkout. MGM believes that checkout opt-in at their properties are adversely impacted. The only way to communicate the basic instruction is on the form provided at checkout and is often ignored or unseen.
+1 ... Badly needed! A majority of guests does not add the 0, which accounts for a lot of check-out problems.

Overlay clients are required to add a "0" in front of 3-digit room numbers in order to be compliant with Opera's standards (all room numbers must be the same length, which throws things off for hotels with over 9 floors). It would be helpful is StayNTouch could pre-pend a "0" in the background before transmitting the room number to Opera when necessary.
