blacklist for guests

Hello! Is there a way to mark a guest’s profile as “blacklisted” so the property knows they are not welcome back
There is not any feature in the system that does that currently. You would only want to add a note as part of their name.

Inn at 500 Capitol would also like this feature. We had it with our old PMS.
The Inn at the 5th would like this feature
DogHouse would like this feature as well. For guests that have stolen or have caused fights, etc.
I just started my own thread on this, and may open a ticket if this is not taken seriously. The area where my hotel is located, in NJ, can attract some unsavory clienttell. We need a way, without notes, to communicate this amongst ALL of our staff to prevent ANY repeats.

There is now the ability to "flag a guest". You can read about this in the release notes from a few weeks ago.
