STATUS: PMS Down [Resolved]

StayNTouch Support and Engineering are investigating a short outage starting approximately 8:00am EDT and is now resolved. More information will be posted here when our investigation is complete.

IDENTIFIED: We have identified the issue as related to database availability. The issue self-corrected and we are now continuing to research the root cause and steps to mitigate in the future.

UPDATE: There was another short period of down time from 12:09pm - 12:17pm EDT during which time Rover PMS may have been unavailable.  Engineering identified this as related to the same resource utilizations issue that we are current investigating. Again the problem self-corrected automatically, minimizing the duration of the impact.
