Ability to merge a Guest Card
This is a feature that we are also interested in. Would love to have this capability.

I am following-up on the status of creating a feature that allows hotels to merge profiles. This is important for Marketing Departments should they wish to target specific guests for promotional purposes. At the least, we should be able to transfer revenue information from one duplicate profile or stay to one Master profile so that guests spending habits are trackable.

We tested this feature, and it works as intended.
However, with many other PMSs, there are often suggestions for which cards should be merged. This would be incredibly useful.

It would be nice to delete or even merge duplicates of the same guest profile. Most websites create new guest cards for every reservation, every time. I would like to be able to get rid of these.
