Automatic Confirmation/Cancellation Emails
We would like to turn off automatic emails when a reservation is made through a third-party booking source. An example as to why is because when a reservation is not integrated and someone automatically adds it, it will send an email however if it were to come through Expedia or Booking.com, the aforementioned sites already sent out a confirmation.

Hi,
You can turn off the automatic sending of confirmation letters in Hotel Admin under Hotel & Staff -> Stationery -> confirmation letter -> send confirmation letter option on the right - toggle off.
Then you can manually send the confirmation letter when you create a reservation in Rover but there will be no automatic sending when the reservation is received through an external system.
