Add Charge-Ability to input numbers on keyboard

Hancock Hotel is requesting this same feature to easily enter number without having to worry about clicking on the wrong number on screen.
Seaside Amelia and Amelia Hotel would like this feature as well
Vive Hotel Waikiki would like this feature enhancement.
Phoenix Park Hotel would like this feature added as well.
Golden Sails Hotel noticed this as well when trying to enter amounts for items. The keypad should work instead of having to click the actual buttons on the screen.
PUBLIC Hotels would also like to see this fixed. You can use the number pad to enter amounts on every other field/screen in the PMS (payment amount, edit charge amount, rate update), but not the add charge screen.
Any update on this?
Even on the iPad, it's a very strange design choice.

When adding for example a parking charge on a house account or on a room, we have to use the onscreen keyboard with the mouse to input numbers. This is incredibly frustrating as we should be able to use the keyboard to do this task.
Why? Because we have 2 workstations with keyboards which would make it easier to do. I do not understand why we are restricted to the onscreen keyboard which takes much longer.
