Unable to unlock users

There is no way for an admin to unlock a user account that does not have a read email address. The process always requires that the user opens an email. We have many user accounts that were setup for the Zest station only and do not have a real email address associated with the account. Those need to be reset through the backend alone and this concern has not been addressed.

Yup, this is really weird.  Incredibly frustrating sometimes.

As an Admin user, there is an override that you can use to unlock user accounts without emails via the settings area.

Enter and Confirm the new password

Tell the user the new password

The user will then need to enter in the new password you've selected and confirm a new one
