STATUS: Under Investigation & Proposed Fix

At approximately 10:15am EDT on Thursday, September 7th, our team began investigating an issue related to rate and inventory discrepancies between Rover PMS and the CRS. We have since resolved this issue; however, if your property notices inconsistencies in rates and/or inventory, you may perform a manual re-sync in Rover PMS (instructions here).


Additionally, our Development Team is implementing an additional fix that should automatically resolve any remaining discrepancies impacting reporting and groups by 8:00am EDT on Saturday, September 9th.
