STATUS: Dashboard Irregularities [Resolved]
At approximately 8:17pm EDT on Sep. 6, 2017, StayNTouch experienced a secondary database synchronization issue. This resulted in reservation, checkin, housekeeping and other data irregularities. The condition was resolved by repointing the application to the master database while engineering investigated the issue on the secondary database. The issue was resolved at approximately 9:58pm EDT. We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this may have caused you and your guests.
